Senior partner
Tax and Transactions Partner
Our main partner has more than 12 years of experience in financial management, mainly in the real estate sector. He has participated in the management of assets worth more than US$2 billion, leading key functions such as tax strategy, financial reporting, compliance and IT management.
He has collaborated with firms such as Advance Real Estate, Thor Urbana and EY, where he was audit manager. He has extensive experience in the implementation of systems such as MRI and Oracle, as well as in internal control under COSO and SOX frameworks. He is a Public Accountant by the IPN, certified in Mexico and an active member of the CCPM.
Diana Saavedra
Audit and Financial Services Partner
Diana Saavedra has more than 14 years of experience in auditing and business consulting, focused on providing professional services for companies in the service and consumer sectors. His career includes financial, tax and operational audits,
as well as advice on the implementation of internal controls under frameworks such as COSO and SOX. He has developed his career in internationally prestigious firms such as EY, where he served as professional practice and methodology leader for the LATAM region, and at Deloitte, where he held the position of Senior Manager.
She is a Public Accountant graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute, certified by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants and an active member of the CCPM.
